This robust 4U rackmount computer is engineered for demanding industrial and enterprise environments, offering a powerful and versatile platform for a wide range of applications. It supports 6th/7th Generation Intel® Xeon®, Core™, Pentium®, and Celeron® LGA 1151 socket processors with a TDP of up to 95W, providing flexible processing power to meet diverse computational needs.

At its core lies the reliable Intel® C236 Chipset, ensuring a stable and efficient system architecture. The system accommodates up to 64GB of Dual Channel DDR4 2133/2400MHz ECC/Non-ECC memory across four 288-pin DIMM slots (note that Core i5/i7 processors only support Non-ECC memory). The BIOS is a secure SPI 128Mbit solution.

Storage capabilities are extensive, featuring support for three external 5.25” SATA drive bays and five internal SATA3.0 ports. RAID 0/1/5/10 configurations are supported for enhanced data protection and performance. Options for removable hard disk drives or solid state disks provide additional flexibility. An optional DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM drive is also available.

For critical applications, a software-programmable watchdog timer (1 to 255 seconds) ensures system stability. Expansion options are plentiful, including two PCIe x16 slots (configurable as 1 x16 or 2 x8 signal, Gen 3), three PCIe x4 slots (Gen 3), two PCI slots, one M.2 2260/2280 M key slot (supporting SATA3.0/PCIe Gen3 x 2 NVMe), and one Mini PCIe slot (supporting PCIe/mSATA/USB 2.0).

Power supply options range from reliable 400W to 600W units with 90~250VAC input, as well as DC 12~48V support. Redundant 500W power supplies are also available for mission-critical uptime. High-definition audio is provided by the Realtek ALC888S-VD2-GR codec.

Networking is handled by a dependable Intel® I211AT PCIe Gigabit Ethernet port and an Intel® I219LM PCIe Gigabit Ethernet port with iAMT 11.0 support (available only with Xeon/Core i7/i5 processors). A wide range of operating systems are supported, including Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 7 32/64-bit, Windows 8.1 64-bit, and Linux (note that 7th Gen CPUs only support Windows 10 64-bit & Linux).

Display outputs include one VGA port (up to 1920×1200 @ 60Hz), one DVI-I port (DVI-D signal, up to 1920×1200 @ 60Hz), and one DP++ port (up to 4096×2160 @ 60Hz), supporting triple independent displays (VGA + DVI-D + DP++).

Rear I/O ports include two GbE (RJ-45), one RS-232/422/485 (RS-232 with power), four USB 3.1, two USB 2.0, one PS/2 (mini-DIN-6), VGA, DVI-I, DP++, and optional audio line-out, mic-in, and line-in. Optional internal port expansion from the motherboard includes additional RS-232 and USB ports. The front chassis features two USB ports.

The motherboard boasts a high MTBF, ensuring long-term reliability. The system is designed for operation between 0°C and +50°C, with vibration and humidity tolerance suitable for industrial environments. Cooling is provided by a removable air filter and two low-noise hot-swap system cooling fans. The standard colour is black, with other options available upon request. The dimensions are 177 x 482 x 472 mm (4U x 19” x 18.58”). This rackmount computer offers a powerful, expandable, and reliable solution for all demanding industrial computing needs.
